- ATL to have over three years of experience monitoring and managing Global Online Customer Support teams
- Have strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Have excellent general IT skills (Word/Excel/Powerpoint, Web tools, Analytics etc.)
- Good people management skills and strategies
- Have Domain knowledge and understanding of Customer Support and Service operations
- Have a passion for customer service, and a willingness to stand up for the Customer within the organisation
- Have very good and accent-neutral communication skills in English
- Good team player with high integrity and a strong work ethic
- Have a strong aptitude to learn new skills
